    go see a dr,, if your thin, man boobs may be a sign of breast cancer.. men get it too..he can recommend a set of exersizes to reduce them,,

First go see an internist to get your hormones checked, then if they are small start doing dumbell curls to build up your chest with muscle, orrrrr, make an appointment with a reputable plastic surgeon, orrrr just live with them. Either way, wear an undershirt to help smooth you out until then. Good luck hun.

    You can exercise to strengthen the chest muscles at a local gym or on a home exercising equipment. I usually see man boobs on overweight men, so they need to lose the fat to solve that problem. Since you are thin, you can either exercise to strengthen the muscles of the chest or ask for a doctor’s advice. :)

    I don’t know of any way to get rid of them except plastic surgery, but truthfully, there is nothing wrong with that. There are a lot of sexy men that have what you are referring to as man boobs. If you have been working out a lot, that can happen especially if you stop working out.

  7. Go to a gym or pull those old weights you stuck in the closet.
    There’s an exersise that will get rid of that but, sorry, I can’t remember the name. A weight machine is your best bet.

  8. Man boobs, or gynocomaestia, can either be fat accumulation or indicating high estrogen levels. Weight loss and toning up the muscles can help if its just fat accumulation, but if its high estrogen levels go see your doctor for treatment. He could either give u some testosterone shots or if u want a cosmetic option u can go for mastectomy.

  11. Theres a good chance that you are just fat, but I am not entirely sure since you have “just started” getting them. The people above were right; you have to hit the weight room. I suggest incline bench press and dumbell flys. Those are the 2 best for chest appearance. Also, doing cardio and other lifting exercises would benefit you.
