7. Alternating Step-Ups
This is an amazingly simple exercise. Simply find an item you can step up onto, be sure it is something which will safely hold your weight. The ideal height is something around your mid shin region. Now step up and back down using your right leg as the lead leg then for the next step use you left leg as the lead and so on. 12 reps will make up one set.
